Roger Watchorn leads Cargill’s agricultural supply chain business in North America and is responsible for strategy and execution of its domestic and export grain, oilseed processing, crop inputs, biodiesel, and Cargill Marine & Terminals businesses in Canada, the United States and Mexico.
Watchorn joined Cargill in 1994 a merchant trainee in its commodities business and has held various merchandising and management positions throughout his career, including leading Cargill’s animal nutrition business in Poland.
Watchorn enjoys spending time with his wife and four children doing various activities such as boating, golf and being a major fan of his kids’ sporting events. Their family also loves to travel whenever possible.
Watchorn earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from Brandon University in Brandon, MB, Canada.
